WSI Wins top Aviva Fund Donation
WSI is pleased to announce that we have been awarded the top donation of 20,000€ from the Aviva Broker Community Fund. The donation was announced at Aviva’s charity awards ceremony which was held online on January 15th. The Aviva fund distributed over 100,000€ to deserving charities throughout Ireland and WSI was chosen for the top award from a strong field of over 30 charities.
WSI was nominated for the awards by Martin Casey of Willis Tower Watson (insurance brokers) who has been a member of WSI for many years. Our sincere thanks to the Aviva Brokers Community Fund and especially to Martin and Fionnuala Tynan who made a joint presentation to the awards adjudication panel.
This donation will enable WSI continue to develop the summer camps programme in the coming years in collaboration with Fionnuala Tynan and Mary Immaculate College. In addition the donation will allow WSI to develop other areas of support for our members going forward.
